A notary who shows up.
Three ways. One signature.
Whether it's an affidavit, a refi, or a digital POA — there's a notarization for that. We carry all three under one roof.
Traditional notary
The classic. In-person, ink and embosser, witnesses if you need them. The kind that holds up in court, escrow, and the DMV alike.
- Affidavits & declarations
- Power of attorney
- Wills, trusts, healthcare directives
- Title transfers & bills of sale
- Adoption, parental consent forms
Electronic notary
Digital signatures, digital seal, audit trail. Same legal weight, none of the printing. Good for remote parties and document-heavy closings.
- Remote online notarization
- Digital seal & tamper-evident signing
- Audio/video session recording
- Multi-state recognition where applicable
- Encrypted document storage
Loan signing agent
Certified loan signing for refis, purchases, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages. We know the stack, we know the tabs, we know what underwriting wants.
- Refinance & purchase packages
- HELOC, second mortgage, reverse
- Seller documents, RON closings
- Title company & lender direct
- Same-day scans & ship
Quiet extras
The things you only need once, that nobody else wants to handle. We will.
- Apostille & document authentication
- Jail, hospital, & assisted-living visits
- Witness service (two-witness states)
- Document delivery & recording
- Rush appointments & after-hours
Closings don't keep business hours.
If escrow needs to close at 9 p.m., or the family is flying out tomorrow and the POA isn't signed — call. We schedule evenings and weekends as a matter of practice, not as a favor.

Do I need to bring my own witnesses?+
Sometimes. Nevada doesn't require witnesses for most notarizations, but specific documents (wills, certain real estate forms) do. We'll let you know when you book, and we can usually bring witnesses if needed.
What ID do I need?+
A current, government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Anyone signing needs one. If yours is expired, call before booking and we'll work out alternatives.
How far do you travel?+
The entire Las Vegas valley — Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Boulder City, and points in between. Travel outside the valley quoted case-by-case.
Is electronic notary legal in Nevada?+
Yes — Nevada was an early adopter of remote online notarization (RON). We're commissioned and equipped for it, and we can advise on whether your document type is eligible.
Can you notarize at a hospital?+
Yes — and often the same day. The signer needs to be alert, able to communicate, and able to confirm they understand what they're signing. We'll handle the rest.
