A Nevada address. A real human.

Every Nevada entity needs a registered agent. We'd rather you have one that answers the phone, scans the mail, and reminds you when filings are due.

LLC S-Corp C-Corp Non-profit Out-of-state

Every obligation, handled.

A registered agent is more than an address — it's a deadline keeper, a mail forwarder, and your first defense against falling out of good standing.

Address

Physical Nevada address

A real street address — not a P.O. box — for service of process, state notices, and official correspondence. Required by NRS 77 for every Nevada entity.

  • Listed on your public filings
  • Available during business hours
  • Service-of-process accepted in person
  • Discrete handling of sensitive notices
Mail

Mail forwarded, scanned, summarized

Everything that arrives gets scanned within one business day. The actionable stuff gets a plain-English summary so you know what's urgent and what's noise.

  • Same-day or next-day scan
  • Email forwarding with summary
  • Physical forwarding on request
  • Junk filtered, not forwarded
Filings

  • State business license renewal
  • Filing receipts archived
  • Calendar reminders 60 / 30 / 14 days out
Lifecycle

Formation, foreign qualification, dissolution

Starting up, registering out of state, or winding down — we file the paperwork and you stay out of the queue at the Secretary of State.

  • Articles of organization / incorporation
  • Foreign entity qualification
  • Amendments, conversions, mergers
  • Dissolutions & withdrawals
The reason it matters

Lose your agent, lose good standing.

If the state can't reach your agent, your entity defaults. That can mean revoked licenses, dissolved status, frozen bank access, and a court case proceeding without you. We're the kind of agent that picks up the phone.

Switch your agent

One flat rate. Period.

No per-mail fees, no scan limits, no "premium" tiers gated behind a chat bot. State filing fees pass through at cost.

Questions

Common asks.

Can I be my own registered agent?+

Legally yes, if you have a Nevada street address and are available during business hours. Practically — most owners don't want their home address public, don't want to be served personally, and don't want to track state deadlines. That's why this service exists.

How do I switch from my current agent?+

We file a one-page change-of-agent form with the Secretary of State. State fee is $60, our service to file it is free. Takes about a week.

Will my home address come off the public record?+

Your registered agent address becomes the public-facing address. If you also list your home as the entity's principal address, that's a separate change we can file together.

What about out-of-state owners?+

Welcome — that's most of our clients. We can be your Nevada agent whether you live in California, New York, or Tokyo. We can also coordinate foreign qualification if you need to register your Nevada entity in another state.
